Die Daten (verpflichtend und/oder freiwillig) werden ausschließlich nterlegt. Die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen Event-App und Servern erfolgt SSL/TLS verschlüsselt. Das User-Kennwort ist per verschlüsselt und gehasht. Die eingegebenen Daten dienen ausschließlich der Networking-Funktionalität der Event-App und werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die o.g. erhobenen und gespeicherten Daten sind innerhalb der Event-App jedem Nutzer ersichtlich.
Im Rahmen der Nutzungsbedingungen Ihres Smartphones können durch die Nutzung unserer Event-App unabhängig Daten durch Apple Inc. (iOS) bzw. Google Inc. (Android) erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt werden (Art und Umfang ist abhängig vom Betriebssystem Ihres Smartphones, nähere Information erhalten Sie beim Hersteller des Gerätes bzw. der Betriebssysteme).

ANALYTICS
Zur Verbesserung der Anwendung selbst und zu statistischen Zwecken werden anonyme, telemetrische Daten zum Nutzungsverhalten innerhalb der App erhoben. Erhebung und Auswertung erfolgen über Google Analytics (Google Inc. www.google.com/analytics/).
Die gesammelten Daten umfassen Informationen: Geräte-Typ, Zeitaufwand, angeklickte Ansichten und Links. Diese Daten werden für statistische Informationen ausgewertet. Die Daten sind anonym und lassen sich weder bei uns noch bei unserem Dienstleister einem individuellen Nutzer zuordnen. Rückschlüsse auf persönliche Informationen wie Vor- und Nachname, Ort, Geburtsdatum, Telefonnummer oder Zahlungsinformationen sind ausgeschlossen. Diese Funktion kann bei Bedarf in den Einstellungen deaktiviert werden.
Die Installation und Nutzung der Event App ist kostenlos und geschieht freiwillig. Eine Haftung für Schäden, die durch die Installation oder Nutzung der App entstehen wird nicht übernommen.

ANALYTICS
To improve the application itself and for statistical purposes, anonymous, telemetric data on the usage behavior are collected within the app. The survey and evaluation is done via Google Analytics (Google Inc. www.google.com/analytics/).
The collected data includes information: device type, time, clicked views, and links. This data is evaluated for statistical information. The data is anonymous and can not be assigned to an individual user either by us or by our service provider. Conclusions on personal information such as first and last name, place, date of birth, telephone number or payment information are excluded. This function can be deactivated in the settings.
The installation and use of the event app is free and happens voluntarily. Liability for damages caused by the installation or use of the app is not accepted.
